PRODUCTS are printed in house
using state-of-the-art technology
and equipment to produce the finest,
most durable signs for long term
outdoor use. We offer a wide variety
of materials for your custom needs.
Plastic signs are made of
special high density polyethylene
in gauges from .024 to .125, with
maximum UV inhibitors for long term
outdoor durability and colorfastness.
Aluminum signs are available
in .012 gauge with an infinite background
color range, and .020 to .080 gauge
with white baked enamel finish,
special colors available on request.
Other materials include self
adhesive vinyls
(including reflective),
corrugated plastic, magnets, window
and banner materials.
STATE
OF THE ART DESIGN. Our graphic
artists are able to create signs
and artwork to your specifications.
To insure that the final product
meets your requirements, we send
final letter size proofs of all
artwork by fax, e-mail or mail,
and require a signed approval before
proceeding.
YOU
MAY SUBMIT your computer artwork
files on CD or via e-mail. We can
accept most popular Macintosh and
PC files, prepared at a resolution
consistent with the intended result.

OUR
SCREEN PRINTING PROCESS allows
us to reproduce high quality artwork
very accurately, using durable inks
for long lasting outdoor exposure.
Since the inks are opaque, we must
separate the individual colors on
multi-color signs. We mix our own
inks and can match any color sample
provided, or can match to your PMS
numbers. Photographic images for
long-term outdoor use can be screen
printed using our 4-color process
system.
FULL
COLOR DIGITAL PRINTING gives
us the flexibility to produce attention
grabbing signs and displays from
very small to very large at a reasonable
cost, especially in lower quantities.
Digital printing significantly reduces
the production time, allowing you
to meet short deadline requirements.
The finished product is clear, making
it more suitable for shorter viewing
distances, such as point-of-purchase
displays. Although the outdoor life
of this product is more limited
than our screen printed products,
which last up to 15 years outdoors,
we use the newest ink technology
available, which offers outdoor
life of up to 5 years.
